Lead PACCAR in Supply Chain and Operations initiatives across the Global Distribution Network. Manage all business activities of PACCAR's 265,000 square foot North American Distribution Center. Establish and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors. Lead the Distribution Center operations relative to receiving, consolidation, and effective storage of over 50,000 SKU's over two shifts with 24 hour 7 day a week service. Make recommendations for capital expenditures, ensure adherence to monthly operating budgets, and maintain appropriate records and documentation. Establish and maintain effective community relations as the company's Executive; Act as a resource to division management on policy and program matters and maintain consistency. Champion improvement, lean methodology, and support other centers within the worldwide network. Maintain an effective work environment through excellent communication and employee development.

Senior site manager responsible for all aspects and daily operations of a 127,000 square foot distribution facility. Provides superior customer service to 68 Peterbilt and Kenworth dealerships in seven western states and Mexico. Responsible for five supervisors/managers, thirty Distribution Associates and two Office Associates. • Manage within established productivity and quality metrics to foster a climate and culture of continuous improvement. • Develope and perform within approved Operating and Capital budgets.• Prepare, direct, coordinate and present reports to interface with senior level executives.

Managed all daily distribution activities of a two shift operation in a 265,000 sq. ft. PDC consisting of 50,000 SKU with an inventory value of $20 million. Managed dealer parts return program for all dealerships in the United States. Direct reports consisted of seven supervisor/managers and sixty Distribution Associates. Worked closely with the PDC and Human Resource managers in support of all employee relations activities and programs. Prepared and/or administered exempt and non-exempt employee performance appraisals. Established and maintained procedures consistent with division and company policy. Fostered a positive and safe work environment while attaining high quality standards of customer service.

Oversaw daily operations of a PACCAR Distribution Center; tasked with directing all distribution operations to include receiving, picking, packing, and shipping procedures within the PDC. Managed outbound freight logistics to ensure high quality deliverables within established cost, productivity, quality, inventory control, customer service and safety metrics. Additional responsibilities included facilities management, human resources, quality processes/programs and continuous improvement.
