Chris leads the technology operations of a Dallas/Fort Worth based holding company consisting of 4 distinct oilfield services organizations: - Bell Supply Company (18 retail locations) - Catalyst Artificial Lift (1 manufacturing location) - Endurance Lift Solutions (1 manufacturing & 21 field services locations) - CDI Oilfield Services (13 field services locations in Romania)• Provide ERP system support for both Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Sage MAS 100. Current project to upgrade from highly customized NAV 2009R2 & 2013 instances to NAV 2017.• Maintain VMWare ESXi and Hyper-V based server clusters in 3 data centers.• Responsible for network and system SLA's.• Procurement of all telecom, network, and computer hardware. The company grew organically and through acquisitions into a NYSE listed company with revenues over $1 billion and over 5,000 employees. • Built and managed a highly agile team of 22 professionals and designed a scalable infrastructure in order to handle an intense level of growth and acquisitions.• Integrated the IT operations of 36 entities in 36 months including ERP system conversions.• Led project to successfully implement Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 throughout the company.• Designed, procured, and implemented a web-based and mobile friendly, electronic field ticketing system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
