Level 2 Computer AnalystLiberty Healthcare Feb 2016 - Oct 2016Wilmington, North Carolina AreaIn the level 2 tech position at Liberty Healthcare you are assigned a group of offices that are in your area. This at the time i was there was 900+ users and there were 4 techs. The responsibility I had in this position was to set up new computers and devices for the offices I was assigned. Any tickets that level 1 could not resolve would be passed to the tech for that office, I would resolve these tickets and escalate accordingly if it was a level 3 issue. Working with vendors for software and hardware was a daily task with at least a few orders a week.
