I'm an IT professional well versed in all aspects of technology.I graduated from Miller Motte college in 2013 and have been in the Information Technology field ever since. I have gained a lot of experience in networking, troubleshooting, computer repair and customer interactions through the years. Currently I specialize in home audio and video installations. I have achieved 3 Audio video certifications which you can find in my profile. Home audio and video really brings in all aspects of technology and it is a fun area to work in.     In the level 2 tech position at Liberty Healthcare you are assigned a group of offices that are in your area. This at the time i was there was 900+ users and there were 4 techs. The responsibility I had in this position was to set up new computers and devices for the offices I was assigned. Any tickets that level 1 could not resolve would be passed to the tech for that office, I would resolve these tickets and escalate accordingly if it was a level 3 issue. Working with vendors for software and hardware was a daily task with at least a few orders a week.
