I worked at Waterman two separate times. The first time I welded in the shop on stainless and mild steel gates. I was later promoted and moved to the AG side of the company, where I welded on aluminum gates. I had to move out of state to care for my aging father and was gone for almost two years. During this time I was employed at Trail King in the Midwest. Until I returned to Waterman in 2015. Upon being rehired I worked in the shop as a welder. While working in the weld shop i applied for a internal job opening and was promoted to the purchasing department. Where I setup a new warehouse for storing various sand cast patterns. Cataloged, repaired and coordinated the shipping of the patterns prior to being poured at foundries domestically. I worked closely with the engineering department to modify patterns to fit the need of the customer. I would then order all needed supplies and materials to complete the job. I would work in an effective manor to meet all deadlines in order to give our customers the best possible service.
