As a Client-Side Project Manager in the building & construction industry, I lead and oversee the execution of complex construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. I serve as the primary liaison between the client and all project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities, to guarantee seamless communication and successful project outcomes.

The FM Essentials Services team is a group of experts working with a range of clients providing recommendations on how to improve the performance, safety, and utilisation of their assets, equipment, and properties – and provide a complete maintenance management solution that enables organisations to achieve their facility management goals.My specific role was responsible for managing the mobilisation of a 11,000sqm building from construction handover to an operational site. The building is multi-use, including; 134 tenant rooms, commercial office space (55 pers.), commercial kitchen, medical facilities and other communal facilities.

My role was responsible for ensuring effective building maintenance, contractor management, essential service maintenance management, cleaning management, security management, catering management, car parking management and access management for a 450 occupant, 12,500m² office building.
