The truck regularly made its way up and down the Valley serving customers at local events, farmers markets, and festivals.This was a true start up as I created every element of the concept from the ground up. The Orange Ukulele Food Truck operated for two successful seasons bringing a unique and refreshing idea to an area that was used to chip trucks and deep fried fare.
