Managed the execution of Air Forces Cyber directives for 11 tactical units/7 cyber weapon systems; $52 billion DoD network. Oversaw C2 of Air Force Information Network operations and maintenance; supported nine Combatant Commands, 10 Major Commands. Directed the execution of Air Forces Cyber missions and coordinated with U.S. Cyber Command; maintained/defended 625,000 Air Force systems.

Baltimore, Maryland Area

Completed selective in-residence graduate program employing critical thinking and intelligence analytic methodologies to interpret the international landscape in a global and geo-strategic context. Studied National Security policy, intelligence, foreign cyber strategies, and information operations. Explored emerging and disruptive technologies, identifying indicators and countermeasure raising global threat awareness for Intelligence Community partners.

Ramstein Air Base, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany

Developed execution plan for two Air Force level programs; managed $8.2 million Fiscal Year cost center budget, spending, and procurement. Oversaw sustainment of 2,200 dedicated theater circuits supporting seven main bases and 85 Geographically Separated Units in Europe and Africa. Provided guidance to 235 personnel, reviewed/processed USAFE-AFAFRICA/3 AF service requests for communication support. Managed centralized operations and maintenance of USAFE $48 million optical network supporting Air Operations Center inter-theater operations

Led 41 personnel; managed 9 networks, 350 circuits and $6.2 million, 10,000-line MSL-100 telephone switch. Directed technical control facility and circuit actions work-center supporting the Global Information Grid and 4,900 members. Managed network planning and maintenance of 34 Million-dollar classified and unclassified enclaves for NATO, 31st Fighter Wing, 8 Air Support Operations Squadron, and 14 Geographically Separated Units.

South Korea

Directed 7 AF C4 engineering and planning for Joint Chiefs of Staff and Korean Theater of Operation exercises. Integrated/coordinated strategic and tactical communications support for 7 AF and multi-national mission requirements/operations. Designed/validated armistice and contingency C4I operational support plans. Resolved shortfalls and joint/combined interoperability issues impacting communication resources across South Korea.
