First Rotation: Software Development in Foundational Automation team within CTO Office (July 2022 - January 2023)Utilizing UiPath, VBA, and C# to create bots to automate tasks. Created the Executive Client Support automation, a bot used to support the Executive Client team by automatically updating a client list using Workday reports. Created the Japan Report Automation, a bot that generates HR reports and delivers them to Japanese HR clients through email, shared drives, and SharePoint. Designed the bot so that it can be triggered via email.

Understand Cancer Together™: Contribute to the technical design of Merck’s cancer patient hub as a member of the personalization sub-team. Collaborate with a Business Analyst to curate user stories and present user story diagrams to developers. Conduct research for deciding which technologies, such as Tealium, Google Analytics, or Salesforce Interaction Studio, that the developers should use. Perform UA testing on user registration and sign-in. Created a technical proof-of-concept using a staging site to showcase Salesforce Interaction Studio's personalization capabilities.Redshift Data Analysis: Merged physician data and performed data analyses in an Amazon Redshift database for marketing insights using Python and SQL.Oncology IT Site: Created a Sharepoint website to showcase the projects and deliverables of the Oncology IT team and to provide self-serve resources to business stakeholders.

Worked under the tutelage of pharmacy IT directors to help aggregate employee information and drug statistics in coherent Excel spreadsheets and handle Epic Systems network requests. I researched the MARCH5 protein and its potential contribution to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson's, and observed how a mutant MARCH5 protein differed from the wildtype using confocal microscopy. I assisted in various labs relating to biochemistry and computing, resulting in my competency in handling of laboratory machinery such as centrifuges, confocal microscopy, computational software, and more.
