CurrentAs the Partner Manager, my primary responsibility involves overseeing the daily relationship between Insight and AMD. I handle various aspects, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and go-to-market marketing activities. My goal is to accelerate AMD sales within Insight.• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with our managed partner, AMD, ensuring that Insight is viewed positively across all levels within their organization.• Sales Cycle Acceleration: Collaborating closely with the business development team and AMD channel account management, I work to accelerate the entire sales cycle.• Alliance and Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to foster business growth. This includes achieving mutual growth goals and objectives through effective alliances.• Go-to-Market Strategies: Manage internal product strategies, allowing both AMD and Insight to remain competitive while maximizing product gross margins.• Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with AMD on sales strategies, ensuring effective communication across various channels, including web-based platforms.• Marketing Optimization: By working closely with sales and marketing teams, I ensure successful go-to-market execution. • Product Initiatives and Promotions: Communicate partner initiatives and product promotions to Insight’s sales teams.• Sales Enablement Training: Schedule and coordinate sales enablement trainings, aiming to accelerate AMD sales and enhance brand awareness across all sales channels.• Performance Metrics and Reviews: Deliver on partner performance metrics, manage quarterly revenue and profit goals.
