Responsible for providing operational support to Branches and Money Shops; monitoring projects assigned and resolving operational issues network wide. Major tasks includes:Monitor over 100 Offsite and Onsite ATMs. ATM balancing and reconciliation. Provide guidance/advice to Branches and Money Shops on day to day operational matters.Identify and correct errors made by branches, review data on Banking system. Review policies and procedures/work instructions where necessary.

-Providing leadership, direction, coaching and operational support for the team in order to effectively deliver excellent customer service, achieving efficiencies in execution and promoting the Society’s product and services.-Effectively and efficiently allocating resources to meet member/ customer needs and realize business opportunities. -Achieving assigned sales growth, retention, profitability and other targets. -Ensuring sales targets are cascaded to all members of the team and apply sales management discipline as well as ongoing coaching, development and performance management to ensure they are achieved-Maintaining operations compliance in accordance with the Society’s guidelines, procedures and controls. -Practicing cost containment strategies and maximizing the collection of fees to achieve set targets and profitability

Linstead Money Shop

Provides leadership, direction, coaching and is responsible for the development of my staff members. This role executes the plans and supports the development and application of superior skills in sales, customer service and operations management which is achieved through delegation and learning.

Spanish Town Branch

Contribute to the achievement of sales, service and other branch targets by:-Understanding member/customer needs and recommending suitable products utilizing eth JN preferred way of selling;-Selling our products and services, opening/changing accounts and referring members and customers to the products and services offered by the companies within the group;-Processing and delivering responses to service requests from members and customers.

-Provides direction to members where necessary to the relevant customer service staff.-Assist with miscellaneous activities as required by senior staff eg. Photocopying -Ensures the safe storage of all documentation relating to accounts opened i.e. application cards and other documents.-Assist with the preparation daily and monthly reports as required by the Supervisor.
