Currently attending the University of Houston as a Ph.D. student in the chemistry department with a focus on organic chemistry. I am employed through a teaching assistantship where I am responsible for 20+ undergraduate students at a time in an instructional lab course. During my own undergraduate degree, I had the opportunity to work in the Do Research Group where I was able to contribute to a paper that was published in the ACS Sustainable Chemistry and Engineering journal. Now, I have joined the Carrow group for my PhD research. We are focused on Organometallic chemistry specializing in homogeneous catalysis.
