• Redefined and implemented a new CRM system to increase functionality, improveusability and reduce response times
• Researched and created Digital Content for external company posts, including blog content
• Collected and collated Customer Contract Data

Sandyford, Dublin

• Achievements included:
• Created new Customer Contracts and NDA’s for SME and Corporate customers
• Reviewed, validated and stored new Contracts and NDA’s
• Managed incoming client calls, answered client questions and researched more detailed enquiries for the organisation
