• Took a lead role in the development of a new dashboard using Typescript / React by designing and implementing new greenfield features related to state management and GraphQL.• Alongside developing new features, rewrote portions of ClojureScript code to increase developer velocity. Focused on implementing routing, allowing for developers to take ownership over specific pages, and moved critical portions to Typescript to increase understand throughout the organization.• Helped to create and foster a culture of testing applications. Used Jest, React Testing Library, and MSW to create comprehensive unit tests and increase code coverage.• Developed an ESLint plugin to enforce the usage of certain data attributes (e.g. test ids for automated testing) that was then integrated throughout 5+ of the company’s frontend projects, being used by over 60 developers.• Learned Clojure in order to contribute to the development of the company’s primary API, Terraform as IaC in order to deploy services to AWS, and CircleCI for CI / CD.• Helped to mentor junior developers through pairing and providing / expanding documentation.

• Promoted twice during my tenure for recognition of service – first in June 2020 from Frontend Developer to Sr. Frontend Developer / Dev Lead, then again in November 2020 to “Manager of Technology Solutions”.• As dev lead for a team of four developers, handled the technology needs for the entirety of the SBJ Atlas division, including the scaling / spinning out of new infrastructure, and planning and executing the development of a new admin system for content updates. Also handled the creation / maintenance of new tickets, running the story board, and mentoring junior developers on the team.• Designed and executed the front-end of the company’s sports analytics platform, including the writing of design documentation and setting code guidelines and standards for all TS/React projects at SportsAtlas. Continued work on this throughout my tenure to optimize render performance and implement virtualization.• Worked to optimize and eventually rewrote the entirety of the company’s primary API, leading to major improvements in response times (up to 80% for some endpoints). • Used serverless functions (Azure Functions / lamdas) to build multiple systems for integrating with the API’s of 3rd party content providers, including caching, rate limiting, and automatic error handling / reporting.

• Worked with Oracle's R12 E-Business Suite, creating custom forms and reports per department needs.• Developed an internal system using React + Javascript to assist with the tracking and management of delivery notes from suppliers within the organization.• Worked with several departments within the company to automate their processes within Excel using VBA.• Oversaw and personally handled a major data migration within the company's Oracle system, including the merging of two logical (in-app) organization and preparation for migration to Oracle Fusion.
