Adjunct Professor for several courses of labor and employment law including Workplace Conflict Management, Intro to Employment Law, Modern Topics in HR, and Duties, Obligations and Workplace Rights. These completely asynchronous classes examines conflict management processes available to resolve disputes in the workplace with a special emphasis on mediation and mandatory employment arbitration, in depth studies of HR topics for non-lawyers, and basics of compliance with employment law.
