Ferranti APJ convert meter-to-cash and reduce cost to serve for clients in Utility market.Together with a team of Sales and Technical professionals from Belgium and Skopj offices, Ferranti APJ organization provide implementation delivery and optimal post sale supports to clients in Japan, Singapore and Asia - proactively extends the values of MECOMS investment over longer period.Ferranti APJ team and its partner networks are actively developing and marketing the next generation business applications for smart utilities. Let alone that financing is popular amongst cash rich enterprises, both public and private commercial entities.CFO and Finance managers have different perspectives when it comes to IT acquisitions. I am glad that I have the opportunities to appreciate their views and work with many of them in Singapore.Credit risks, accounting treatments, shorten ROI period, cash flow management and etc. are valuable business knowledge that augment my business skills and decision making.

Disciplined and quick thinking become a second nature ! The necessity to think ahead and anticipate business challenges from strategy, sale, operations, HR, and marketing perspective are integral in policy makings.The experiences to work for two IBM Country General Managers during my tenure is of great value to me.
