 Proven experience in working with law enforcement partners in conducting investigations, preparing briefings and reports, collecting evidence and court preparation. Extensive experience in effective communication including: report writing, conducting briefings and instructional communications, investigative briefings, investigative reports, team briefings, and inter-departmental messaging. Experience in the preparation of analytical reports and assessments both for internal use and for external investigative assistance. Substantive knowledge of the interpretation and application of Provincial Legislation and Regulations including the Liquor Licence Act, Gaming Control Act, Regulation 281/07 (lotteries), OLG Act and the Provincial Offences Act. Extensive expertise with the Internal Control Memorandum and the corresponding requirements governing the security, surveillance and financial reporting requirements of commercial gaming.  Experience in preparing detailed assessments of internal incidents involving regulatory compliance and operational policies. and making effective recommendations for positive change.  Experience in operating effectively and efficiently within a high accountability framework. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal branches and departments and external stakeholders. Able to build and maintain effective partnerships.  Experience in prioritizing assignments, working to deadlines and multi-tasking.  Extensive experience in demonstrating sound judgment and interpersonal sensitivity when dealing with clients and external stakeholders. Expertise with all manner of reporting, office and business software, databases and technologies.
