I generate, process, and compile aircraft performance data for inclusion into Boeing Flight Crew Operations Manuals for all models of Boeing aircraft. I also support customer inquiries, and am active in updating group processes and technology. Some of these projects are:-Maintaining and developing an MS Access based task management and work flow database for the group. The tool also tracks and compiles group metrics for throughput, quality and error rate. -Developed a series of MS Excel based tools to rapidly parse and format data for input into our publication system. These tools help cut ~40 hours off a single work package and reduced total development time from 800 to 500 hours. -Developed a series of XML data structures and associated XSL transformations that reduced a work package touch time by 95%, reduced data imports from over 200 to just one, drastically reduce transmission errors, and support new products for the data.
