I am Principal Technical Program Manager in AWS Hardware Engineering driving work to improve our end of life sanitization methods and procedures for the millions of servers and switches installed in AWS data centers. I work with a broad group of teams across Infrastructure, Networking, Business Development, Legal, Finance, Operations, AWS Services organizations, 3rd Parties/partner companies, and have developed a deep knowledge of data center infrastructure planning and development. I am fluent in communicating highly technical, strategic and business related topics to broad audiences and actively seek out and remove inefficiencies from group processes and systems. In prior roles I drove the Infrastructure Launches of AWS regions in Bahrain and Osaka. The first AWS Local Zone in Los Angeles, and the first AWS Wavelength deployments, partnered with Verizon, in Boston and the Bay Area. I supported the rollout of COVID-19 testing facilities for our Infrastructure Operations organization across the US, worked on our in-house server power distribution technology, and since 2022 been working on hardware and data security initiatives. I am active in our internal TPM development community and enjoy participating Amazon's peculiar interviewing process.

The tool also tracks and compiles group metrics for throughput, quality and error rate. -Developed a series of MS Excel based tools to rapidly parse and format data for input into our publication system. These tools help cut ~40 hours off a single work package and reduced total development time from 800 to 500 hours. -Developed a series of XML data structures and associated XSL transformations that reduced a work package touch time by 95%, reduced data imports from over 200 to just one, drastically reduce transmission errors, and support new products for the data.
