I helped manage a courier service owned by Golden State Consulting and Advisory. I was in charge of reporting sales figures and reporting company performance, reporting directly to the CFO of the company. I performed administrative tasks such as dispatching couriers and managing employee schedules to have a more efficient workflow. I have extensive receptionist experience: answering phones, customer service, and managing wrong orders.

After working here for several years, I was able to learn the ins and outs of the company. I would say I was more of a floater, basically working wherever we lacked manpower. Duties ranged from receptionist tasks such as communication with student's parents and answering calls, to administrative tasks such as enacting new company policy in the workplace. The bulk of my job consisted of training new employees and completing the paperwork needed for the days' work.
