Managed the engineering and fabrication of projects of all sizes for the company's UL508A certified panel shop. Projects ranged from small IO panels to large 5-6 door 3-phase power/PLC control panels and process skids. Supported the integration of the panel shop segment of the business into QuickBooks.

Started from scratch the company's fabrication shop to move our panel/process skid fabrication efforts inhouse from outside vendors. Developed the shop capabilities with tool acquisition, consumables inventory, fabrication process and procedure development & staffing and training. Managed a staff of 5 fabricators on projects that ranged from small IO panels to sanitary food product grade process skids

Certified Anheuser-Busch trainer. Supported Anheuser-Busch with AB specific instrument training based upon AB specific applications and corporate SOPs for instrument maintenance and calibration. Conducted dozens of multi-day training events at brewery sites across the country on products such as Coriolis flow, magnetic flow, pH analyzers, conductivity analyzers, yeast cell monitors, concentration analyzers, densitometers & the Beer Pipe Module. Rewrote the corporate training materials for Coriolis flow, magnetic flow, pH analyzers, conductivity analyzers, grain malting moisture analyzers & the Beer Pipe Module. Rewrote the corporate maintenance/calibration SOPs for Coriolis flow, magnetic flow, pH analyzers & conductivity analyzers.

Used my electric heat trace experience to help advance the STEP Warmfloor radiant heating system into the marketplace including research and development of the product for industrial and OEM applications. Managed the companies first annual ISO 9000 inspection.
