Having worked with high level individuals for a number of years, I have experience in strength and conditioning development. Working closely with sports science, medical and nutrition teams to implement a good approach to long term athletic development. When undertaking rehabilitation i am dedicated to restoring and improving physical strength, conditioning and mobility with maximised results for every individual he sees.
