Qms Planning Admin – Amas (Americas)
Current- Monitor AMAS Planning, West Team, and East Team email inboxes for requests from clients, assessors, Service Delivery Managers, and other departments (Assurance, Sales, etc.).
- Processing said emails by changing audit perimeters, forwarding audit requests for planners to book, or responding with requested materials.
- Daily tracking of planning team members’ productivity to determine balance of workloads.
- Weekly tracking of assessors’ monthly scheduling to ensure adherence to company-set perimeters.
- Process audit change requests as prompted by e-reports uploaded by assessors into PointGlobal.
- Review assessor diaries to ensure company-set closures have been blocked off.
