The Manager of Scheduling (Focus on Employee Engagement) is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the scheduling processes within the organization. Seeks out special projects that increase employee efficiency; ensures operational implementation of projects, and successful delivery of engagement services. Also works with department managers in efforts focusing around retention outcomes such as turnover reduction and incentive planning. The role also expands upon human resource strategies related to various desired business outcomes.
