I am currently a Health and Wellbeing Team Leader at Wheatley Care working in a homeless temporary accommodation, with individuals that live with complex needs, ranging from substance and alcohol use, to mental health. I have an SVQ Level 4 in social care, I am ASSIST trained and have an HNC in Care and Administrative Practice and have over 6 years experience working in health and social care sector. I have worked with people from all backgrounds of life, who live with mental health issues, substance use and alcohol use.During my time at Babcock I have gained experience and skills such as an SVQ level 2 in Warehousing, SVQ level 3 in transportation of goods, IOSHH Risk Assesor, emergency first aid, emergency oil spill trained, licenced for up to 16 tonne forklift, corporate security, data analysis, a wide array of computing skills with various software and much more. I have also previous been in the Army Reserves for 2 years. In the reserves I learned some security and protection, rules of engagement, some military law, weapons handling and discipline.
