Sr. Product Manager, Value Improvement & Global Execution, reporting directly to Global Product Director. Within my role I directly supervise, mentor and coach two Product Marketing professionals, including a Senior Product Owner responsible for Customer & In-Country Executions and a Product Associate responsible for Value Improvement. I help manage the improvement and execution of products with a focus on improving cost and user value. I participate as an active member of the value improvement team adding value both internally to the business and externally to our users. I collaborate with the retail marketing team to help execute unique offerings and/or promotions. I help provide guidance and support for AP/LA executions as well as simplify and rationalize executions where needed. I also provide product guidance and support quality improvement activities. I am responsible for rationalizing existing product categories and execute discontinuance activities.
