I have been in customer service for over 30 years from food service to office settings, leading youth groups or supervising/managing a crew. I have quick report with people and a servant's heart. Customer service or being able to improve industry processes for better effectiveness and customer experiences are where I shine. I am very relational so can understand people, deescalate frustrated customers, teach/mentor, and encourage a crew. I have over 20 years of public speaking and small group mentor-ship.I am a person of integrity, believe in working hard, and am reliable. I have been employee of the month at several of my places of employment and have a history of ending employment with rehire-able status. I seek a place to put my service, management, and ever desire to improve things qualities to good use in a long lasting career with a company that has a good work/home life balance.
