I am a Partner in the Energy and Renewables team at Bidwells, based in South of England but working on projects Nationwide. I am a Land Agent and Rural Surveyor, having predominantly acted on behalf of landowners and farmers to develop renewable energy projects on their land. Currently working for both landowners and developers to help identify suitable land, broker agreements and build out schemes. Technologies I've worked on include: solar farms, wind farms, battery storage systems, anaerobic digestion, biomass, micro nuclear and synchronous condensers amongst others. I am a qualified member of the RICS, Fellow of the CAAV, former President of the North Yorkshire and South Durham Agricultural Valuer's Association and was a finalist of the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year awards in 2016.I have been the Assistant Resident Agent of the Lambton Estate, represented farmers and landowners on all forms of rural matters, brought land forwards for developments ranging from barn conversions to hundreds of houses and been involved in the development of almost every form of renewable energy technology. I have even developed a specialism in advising on and selling redundant churches.
