Coordinate day to day operations and execution of ongoing operations for awarded project construction contracts in Afghanistan. Coordinate exercise training integration for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Project Office (TPO) of US Missile Defense Agency as Senior Systems Analyst in such a way as to allow for proper integration to assure that training objectives are integrated into the Operational Test, Training, Exercise and Certification (OTTEC) goals and tasks. Execute container management support in Kuwait and Iraq. Support two movement control Battalions, a Corps and Coalition Theater movement support elements with liaison to Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), LOGCAP planning (AMC), Theater Corps Staff , and Echelons Above Corps (EAC) (in support of deployment/ redeployment surges). Act as air liaison to theater air operations. Manage an estimated 1.2 billion dollar budget annually for TTM project expenditures. Manage movement operations, maintenance operations, subcontracting requirements, and contract changes. Supervise movement personnel in the theater through subordinate leadership. Insure customer needs are met through LOGCAP III contractual guidelines.

Coordinate deployment and establish mobile port operations teams for missions in SWA AOR.
