Controlling amd tracking the inventory from the time it hits the sdock to the time it leaves. Developing processes to make sure inventory is correct. I work with Vendors to insure billing is correct and material is shipped in timely manner.

Schedule time in shop for each job and on proper equipment to ensure jobs are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Work with Vendors to aquire needed material to complete each job. Negotiate the best price and delivery time from each Vendor. Strive to meet and exceed our customers excpectations.

Managed 10,000 part inventory worth over $4,000,000.00. Worked with and negotiated with Vendors best pricing, frieght, and delivery times. Increased product turn over from 5-6 times per year to 8-9 times per year.
