Manage Security/Loss prevention function within store. Manage Security team including shift management and KRA performance.Deliver on-going training to all security staff on customer service, company security policies and procedures and relevant legislation; provide induction, assessment and appraisal of all security staff. Ensure training records are kept up to date.Raise awareness of crime and crime prevention throughout the store.Ensure the proactive prevention of crime and develop appropriate actions in response to areas of concern.Identify and investigate loss through data mining and cash loss charting.Conduct investigations within current legislation and take appropriate action. Promote the Security Dept. as a support function within the store.Work with store management team to reduce loss through administrative issues.Attend court as and when required.

Manage investigations into fraudulent activity within current legislation.Conduct investigations and provided conclusions and recommendations for the business.Aid in the maximisation of recovery of losses as a result of criminal activity and provide feedback on reduction exposure.Assist in management of field and store security resources.Assist on security training and coaching.Ensure compliance on company's security policies and procedures.Provide professional advice on security issues and serious investigations.Analyse and interpret field reports and data mining.Conduct Shrink Risk / Loss Prevention audits with prompt corrective action plans.Submit reports to Head Office, to deadline.Work with law enforcement agencies including anti-terrorism and National Fraud Squad.Work with 3rd party suppliers in contract negotiation and cost effective equipment sourcing for investigation and crime reduction technology.Control an annual budget for equipment and resource.Work with external guarding company ensuring KPI delivery and compliance.Provide Executive Protection in the UK and support international LP as required.Attended court as required on behalf of Asda.Provide implementation advice and support for new store builds and refits.
