Implementation of global CRM system, MS CRM 4.0. Responsibilities included vendor recommendation, installation/implementation and automation of client software installation. Leveraging existing Microsoft contracts allowed for $75,000 in annual savings. Lead the Global Team responsible for desktop deployment and software distribution. Managed the replacement of Ghost software with Microsoft System Center which automated both operating system and software deployment throughout the enterprise. This resulted in cost reduction for the organization and a 50% reduction in time to deploy. -

Planned and implemented the Citrix infrastructure to host the Navision financial system. This included the global deployment of the Citrix client in all locations for access to the financial system. Managed Detroit office server infrastructure including, Dell PowerEdge servers, Powervault direct attached storage devices and tape libraries. Responsible for server build standards and Detroit backup infrastructure using VERITAS Backup Exec. Planned and implemented Active Directory Group Policy based software deployment which automated the installation of software to corporate computers. The project resulted in efficiency gains and was done with no additional cost to the organization. Successfully planned and implemented Global migration to Windows Active Directory from NT 4.0 based domain. Project resulted in zero down time and simplified the organizational structure with the reduction in unnecessary domains. -
