• Prepare and/or adhere to corporate warehousing guidelines and procedures.• Plan, direct and supervise timely and accurate goods receiving, on-site delivery, storage and protection, issuance, packing and shipping and cycle counts.• Responsible for disposal of equipment, materials and supplies declared surplus or obsolete.• Oversee Tool Room. Involves ordering, receiving, tracking, repairs (repair or send out).• Prepare and/or adhere to corporate purchasing guidelines and procedures.• Negotiate purchase orders, field release orders, contracts, service/term agreements, and consignment partnerships.• Expedite orders, monitor and perform price changes, return goods for credit.• Ensure adherence to insurance requirements, patents, and MSDS regulations. • Track warranty issues and relay part number/product change information to the user.• Keep clients informed of parts delivery and updates as they arise.• Maintain the integrity of the computerized perpetual inventory system.• Update computer files/information and catalog stock items accordingly.• Work with A/P department to ensure invoices are processed correctly, assist with problems and evaluate liability accounts.
