Licenced Strata Managing Agent & Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).Holder of a Degree in Business Studies, Diploma in Commerce as well as Diploma and Certificate qualifications in management, property and strata.Involved in the property sector for 20+ years, initially as a part owner of an investment property agency operating on Sydney’s North Shore as well as teaching real estate subjects at Sydney TAFE Colleges and various consulting roles. As a former “Change Agent” and “Specialist Consultant”, I have been involved in studies relating to property acquisitions & redevelopments as well as forensic accounting, business re-structuring & business recovery projects..More recently I have specialised in small strata schemes, which, due to their nature are experiencing rising costs, increasing levies and the possibility of “special levies” to meet unplanned expenses. My task is to offer owners a range of practical solutions to resolve financial problems or at least to minimise the impact on their financial resources.At the start of my career I worked for a number of professional accounting firms after which I moved into management roles and directorships in both public and private companies. Primarily these were in the health care, computer and advertising industries. During this time I was also was a Foundation member of the Institute of Company Directors.
