In March of 2021 I was promoted to the Director of Business Development role. I was challenged with carving out the duties, responsibilities and future for this role. This role has successfully driven over $5M in revenue since it was created and continues to grow. In 2023 I surpassed my sales plan by over 400% and coordinated the largest sales and consulting project for Hill and Markes that we have ever seen. I have a strong sense of work ethic, am always willing to think critically and creatively in order to get the job done. Prospecting large key accounts, identifying decision makers and making high end sales presentations is the standard I strive for in my daily duties. In the market place I am strategic, thoughtful and a professional. In the office I am a project manager, project organizer, collaborator and organize departments in order to communicate the vision and accomplish the goal.
