Kit consisted of 1,800 line items; 34 different vendors. Production started with 5 kits a month increased production to 120 a month at the peak. Delivered over 2,300 SATS units to the field.• Process Improvement - Managed Kipper Warranty, dealt and worked with US government official to make warranty easier for the solider. Created and staffed department. Oversaw department until supervisor was trained to run independently.• Leadership Development - Built and Managed a High Caliber Team that produced a high quality product at an outstanding rate. Matched and exceeded weekly quotas of 2 million dollars.

Subcontractor for Home Depot. Quoted and installed home and commercial generators from Maryland to Florida. Responsibilities: Sales calls, quotes, electrical install, rewire panels, gas pluming service, and certified Genarac tech support. Managed budget, supplies, payroll, employee evaluation, vehicles, and workers. SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Department Development - Established and ran the Maryland division after the 2004 hurricane Feb thru June 2004. (Home Depot asked Southeastern Power to service the Maryland area due to the overflow of orders from the 15 local Home depots back log.) Filled back log and trained a local company on quotes, installs, and service contracts, in 5 months. Worked 7 days a week 14 to 18 hrs a day for 6 months.
