Objectives of this RoleEnsure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goalsDevelop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment.

• Responsibilities include Vision Management, Ease processing, Check- in/Check out process, Hazmat Application, and processing of Sigma Aldrich (1500 per day). Largest hazmat shipper in the world. VSA (van service.
• Manage a team of 12 Admins responsible for all duties listed above as well as manage their performance, documentation and progress records through CEE and gaining ground Conversations.
• Operate with a high level of complexity and attention to detail especially with BCSA (Business control self-audits) pertaining to my scope of duties.
• Responsible for managing day to day operations for 40-60 parcel assistants, focusing on measuring and improving Employee safety, productivity metrics, payroll cost, and line haul cost.
• Manage the sort, load, and unload of ~100,000 parcels per day serving all 50 states. Thrive in fast paced work environment with high level of complexity.
• Strong proficiency in warehouse operations, forklift operation, automated sort systems, and work-load delegation.
