Responsible for P&L performance, operations management and personnel decisions of a team between 22 to 27 people. Responsible for all cash transactions and banking deposits for the store that did approximately $14 Million in sales annually. Oversaw the updating of POS at store, going from Freedom Panel to PC based systems in the process saving the store a lot of capital. Put together a new makeshift Customer Service Desk from scratch with a POS and free standing scale. Oversaw the seamless consolidation with the Wedge Co-Op from a Front End standpoint, which brought many policy and process changes. Managed the transition of staff during a Union bargaining session that led to a Union Contract. Developed many employees into integral roles within the Co-Op including: MOD's, Scanning and Marketing, beyond the general promoting of individuals within the Front End. Secret shopper scores were consistently above 90% or top 10 percent nationally.

Responsible for: Hiring, Coaching and Training a staff of between 20 and 25. Using Microsoft Excel created Scheduling for all Front End Staff. Learned and was back-up daily bank depositor. Provided our owners, shoppers and co-workers with exceptional Customer Service. Key duties included: Updating and creating new processes and procedures and maintaining productivity logs.

Responsible for delivering advertising reporting for Best Buy US, working cross-functionally with Demand Planning and Merchants to ensure preferred stock levels at our stores for all weekly advertised items. Daily use of Microsoft Excel to provide data analysis and business critical reporting, including: Customer Availability, At Risk, Sales and Inventory for retail leadership, including VP's and SR VP's. Developed a class level snapshot of key metrics so Business Teams could make timely decisions on root cause business drivers. Partnered with Business Teams to automate legacy reports. Facilitated weekly staff meetings of 8 to 10 co-workers and bi-weekly group meetings of 20 to 25 co-workers and leadership using Microsoft PowerPoint.
