Accountable for the receiving, rotation, and order building area replenishment processes at a 6M annual case volume facility. Support the inventory team during counting and reconciliation processes. Previously directed the daily order building and loading of a thirty vehicle fleet using standard warehouse equipment. Adhere to OSHA requirements and develop individual team members for advancement.

Based at the Dallas, TX regional headquarters. Worked closely with Supply Chain Planning, Business Development, and the National Fulfillment Organization to plan, report, and monitor product introduction to minimize risks of out of stock or lost sales situations to promote successful launches. Non-trade sales order taking and interaction with customers. Devised and generated the agency sales process and tools for the business unit that was shared with other regions and NFO. The order form developed during centralization has been adapted for national use. Initiating a solution to insure SAP data integrity and alignment with AS400, the sales system, to eliminate systemic process failure resulting in the inability to meet customer demand on time and in full after a successful pilot in the Albuquerque facility.

Based at the Dallas, TX regional headquarters. Contributed in the implantation of a centralized dispatching process for Full Service in the southwest region. Data integrity reporting, service frequency analysis and adjustment, route dispatching, load creation, consignment correction, and outlet Geocode assignment. Served as the FASETS Team Lead: vacation relief, training, and further development of processes. Invited to the Great Lakes region to assist in process implantation and training. Produced an Microsoft Access model that calculated the Theoretical Service Frequency and automated AS400 data entry which greatly reduced the need for manual input. Worked closely with teammates on refining technical skills to help prepare them for future promotions into analytical roles.

Sanitation of filling machinery and syrup lines. Initiated a process to improve Clean In Place procedures which reduced microorganism counts captured during weekly quality assurance tests. Lead a six person crew to meet and exceed standards for sanitation requirements. Resumed production line start up and production confirmation reporting utilizing tools developed & experience gained during initial employment at the facility in Dallas, TX.

Oversaw daily production on the bottle line in El Paso, TX. Lead an eight person crew to meet scheduled requirements of distribution system demand. Exercised knowledge of throughput management to promote process improvement through root cause determination and continuous process improvement. Reporting of efficiency, downtime, and overall yield for first shift.

Started as a temporary employee at the Dallas, TX facility. Cleansing of machinery. Forklift operator: refuse disposal, recycling, and raw material inventory storage and rotation. Accountable for meeting sanitation standards, SAP production conformation, and line start up. Developed a precise and efficient method to calculate raw material consumption during manufacturing.
