As Head Coach of the Newington College F1 in Schools competition team, I apply my technical expertise in both engineering and business. I lead the independent management of students and project schedules, while also supporting departmental management staff by creating risk assessments and technical manuals. I am responsible for cost estimation, lesson plan management, and ensuring adequate material supply. Additionally, I teach CAD and CAM software while offering guidance on material selection for both personal and senior projects.

I manage project proposals, client communications, and deliverables while designing solutions using CAD programs such as Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks. As a Mechanical Engineer on the UTS Rover Team, I design the base of the mechanical arm and the End Effector mechanism. My role involves collaboration with peers, producing technical documentation, and presenting design solutions in reviews to meet deadlines. I use CAD software, including SolidWorks and Inventor, to draft part and assembly drawings, integrate electrical and mechanical systems, and create rapid prototypes. This experience has provided valuable exposure to industry-standard engineering processes.
