Responsible for a team of HFC and Fiber Designers both locally and virtually. Oversees the daily coax and fiber projects, ensure accurate information is provided, processes are in alignment with corporate standardization guidelines and that network facilities are being utilized efficiently. Collaborate with boundary partners, seek the most efficient solution to all projects, providing support to the design team for complex projects, and ensuring design is in compliance with written playbooks distributed by corporate. Specifically work with the the team focusing on Network Transformation projects.

Perform virtual estimation of proposed standalone residential and commercial projects. Ensure accurate routing and utilize the most cost-effective design for construction using myWorld. Create estimate for material, construction, and labor cost utilizing local market guidelines and unique cost factors per market.Perform Fiber Design and Virtual Estimate tasks for new single family neighborhoods or multi-dwelling unit projects utilizing myWorld and WATTS. Determine network requirements to support construction. Review construction plans to determine accurate project location and necessary cable footages. Create complex virtual estimate for all material, construction, and labor costs to provide service to entire neighborhood or MDU complex.Perform virtual estimates on CB Expansion/Complex CB projects on an as-needed basis. Subject matter expert for the National Virtual Estimation team for the CB Expansion/Complex CB projects. Utilize all documents provided by sales and design to create an estimate that expands the Cox network to offer our Fiber services to a larger number of CB customers in specific geographical areas. Created documentation and processes for other virtual estimators to utilize on CB Expansion/Complex CB project estimates.Train other virtual estimators in all facets of estimation (BAU, Complex Residential, and Complex CB).

Created labor and material estimates for large consultant-designed projects utilizing schematic line drawings, floor and ceiling plans, and specifications.
