A career that started on the phones for a mortgage broker at the age of fifteen, this stuttering, aspiring actor figured out just how the phones worked. Not satisfied with the distance between phones he pursued an automotive sales career where he thrived as salesperson, BDC Manager, Closer and Sales Manager. Leveraging phone dominance, advancing to management didn't take long. With a wonderful wife and two kids, in-home sales and a more flexible schedule lured him to become one of the highest grossing HVAC salespeople in all of NJ. It was at this time management once called his name as he was asked to manage a declining sales force in 2019. It was that first year this team was awarded Turnaround Branch of the year. Nearly doubling sales volume in the next 2 years this same team would win Branch of the year in both 2020 and 2021. 2022 experienced similar results and he was offered the position of General Manager of AJ Perri, one of the largest HVAC companies on the East Coast. Here, Chris uses his skills accumulated along the way to lead a team of over 300 employees obtain their professional and personal goals.
