I was responsible for the permanent placement of Site, Project and Contracts managers of all levels within London and the South East.My duties included:- Business development- Establishing and maintaining existing relations with candidates and clients.- Candidate generation through a variety of methods including head hunting, networking, advertising and referrals.- Interviewing and profiling candidates/ job matching.- Overseeing arrangements for interviews between clients and candidates.- Providing full interview preparation to candidates.- Attending client visits and meetings in order to understand the business and their needs.- Performing all duties involved with the recruitment cycle.
