Hello I’m 25 of age, I have worked at RaceTrac as a Shift Manager as well as a Team Lead for my department at Percepta. I started as a agent on May 2019 and after a few months I became a SME (Subject Matter Expert) then a Team Lead position became available and at first I wasn’t for sure it I was ready but I decided to go after it. So after just one year with being with the company I became a Team Lead. I left Percepta for a better opportunity and now I am the Shift Leader at RaceTrac. Once I set my mind on being the best I will use everything that I learn from my past experience and use it towards reaching my goal. I'm always trying to move u in any company I am in.
