Customer Service Specialist
CurrentCustomer service specialist assisting our customers of partnered organizations with the best performance! Currently I am working on a Team Lead build program to earn qualifications of a managerial position which entails coaching and oversight of a team. While taking calls from customers I offer expertise on what the company offers as well as offering benefits to maintain loyalty to the brand. As a training assistant we consider ourselves Subject Matter Experts (SME) who participate in the growth and development of new hires enrolled in a 12 week training class. A SME provides company provided knowledge to ensure they are following company procedures, and coaching’s on weeks they are taking calls to deliver positive feedback on strengths as well as opportunities of growth. Additionally, the Team Lead Build program offers an opportunity of being a candidate for future managerial level positions.
