For the last 13 years, I have built my personal portfolio in the restaurant, bar, and hospitality industry. I began as waitstaff at a brewpub in my early 20’s and worked my way up by learning all that I could and always asking questions. I have been a bartender, floor manager, bar manager, beverage director, and made it to full GM and Operations Director. My experience and background has made me comfortable in all areas of operation, staffing, customer service, and full community outreach. I have even had the pleasure of opening one restaurant, and doing a full rescue and restoration on another.I love all things related to restaurants, but I’d say overall hospitality and customer service are my strengths. The restaurant industry has always been good to me, but I do not like to limit myself to that one path. I would say I’m an expert in people and how to work with and for them.
