• Managed the development of the Western Riverside County Active Transportation Plan. Oversaw the outreach from the project team to the jurisdictions and stakeholders. Managed to incorporate input from all jurisdictions in WRCOG subregion and stakeholders into one cohesive Regional Facility Network. The aim of the Plan was to provide as much information possible to jurisdictions to encourage applying for grant funding for bike/ped projects. • Manage and conduct research projects for member jurisdictions/agencies, such as the Effects of Automation on the Western Riverside County Economy, the effects of Cybersecurity on Automation in the subregion. • Co-coordinator of the Western Riverside County Clean Cities Coalition• Manage WRCOG Grant Writing Assistance Program. The goal of this Program is to bring more grant funding to the subregion. Since the inception of this Program, the subregion has received over $1.8 million in funding, while spending over $120,000 on assistance.

• Managed Scenario Planning Development project and Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS)for 2016 Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy (RTP/SCS). Tasksincluded writing and refining Scope of Work, and overseeing procurement and negotiationprocess with consultant. Main task was to lead team in the development, analysis and presentationof a complete range of land use and transportation scenarios in support of the 2016 RTP/SCSprocess. Prepared and presented presentations to Council, technical committees and stakeholdergroups.• Managed Sustainability/Compass Blueprint Demonstration Projects. Tasks included refining theScope of Work from the City and play an active role in participating in the refinement with theCity, reviewing proposals, participating in Proposal Review Committee to select consultant, playan active role in project by ensuring a transparent process between City and consultant, and ensure project is completed on time and within agreed upon budget. Notable Demonstration Projects: Cityof Santa Ana: Harbor Boulevard Mixed Use Transit Corridor, City of Los Angeles: Canoga Park –Future Sherman Way Orange Line Station, and City of Los Angeles: Sustainable TransitCommunities• Managed the Compass Blueprint/Sustainability Recognition Awards. Tasks included preparing the nomination packet, soliciting nominations from local jurisdictions, developers and consultants, securingjurors to serve on our panel to judge and critique project nominations, assist in selection of winning projects, oversee Recognition Awardsprogram text, Awards program flow and videos, and coordinate actual Recognition Awardsprogram.• Assisted in the development of the 2012 Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable CommunitiesStrategy (RTP/SCS). Largest role was assisting in the development program flow and content and running all the bill-mandated outreach workshops for the SCS.• Chaired Public Health Subcommittee
