• Managed a team of 9 PV designers who produced CDs for residential Solar Systems. • Oversaw quality control on outgoing PV and Tesla AC Powerwall design.• Used CAD 3D to design full scale drawings of Solar roof mounted arrays. • Created and implemented a process for Arizona Public Service re-design of jobs eliminating the backlog of 980 projects in 14 weeks.• Created CAD blocks saving over 17 minutes of design time. These blocks are now part of the entire APS designs and still save time today. • Partnered with Sales and Operations to assist with decision-making for complicated designs. • Responsible for completion of new products for installation.• Successfully launched Tesla AC Powerwall to utilities in AZ and TX eliminating permit rejections which reduced the install time line by several weeks. • Implemented a copper wire cost-savings program resulting in an annual savings of $840k. • Improved process and SOP for online purchasing of standalone Powerwall saving consumers approx. 14 minutes during online checkout.
