Over the course of more than 14 years, my professional journey has revolved around the operation sectors of various BPO companies. It all began when I embarked on my career as a customer service representative. As time progressed, I pursued further growth and success by taking on different roles and responsibilities. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive expertise in various areas, including addressing customer concerns, handling escalations, overseeing sales and marketing activities, leading and supervising teams, fostering performance development, managing operations, implementing employee rewards and recognition programs, and promoting engagement among staff.At present, I hold the position of a sales manager, managing a diverse group of competitive individuals who are driven to generate revenue. I am actively involved in a program that encourages businesses to establish and enhance their online presences within the Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand markets.
