 Oversight of 13 warehouses located in Arizona, California, and Virginia. Managing various customers as Ergo Motion, JPL NASA, Anheuser-Busch, Coke, Pepsi, Phillips 66, various home furniture companies. Responsible for operations with an annual budget of $15mm with approximately 7 managers and 70 associates. Additionally, managed Profit and Loss statements to ensure areas of opportunities are addressed and or managed appropriately. Designed and implemented processes that improved on-time ship performance from 84% to 99% within four months. Put into service a 24/48-hour order-to-delivery process on order processing. Managed 1,000+ containers on an annual basis. Generated cost savings initiatives to ensure timely processing of containers. Led cross functional supply chain teams focused on developing logistical processes and various inventory control measures. Streamlined our warehouse fulfillment center network reducing operational costs by $200k annually. Reconfigured the warehouse layouts to manage additional products and opened an additional warehouse to expand market reach. Established company-wide SOP for each department. Streamlined processes to eliminated inefficiencies. Negotiated labor contracts and various vendor agreements for all warehouse locations. Work with warehouse managers to ensure operating costs are in line with current operating statements.  Oversight of 20 terminals in the Western Region; Nevada, Washington, Colorado, California, Utah, and Oregon and their Dedicated partner groups. Responsible for terminal operations with an annual budget of $65mm with 15 managers and 350 drivers plus office staff. Managed Profit and Loss statements to ensure areas of opportunities were addressed and or managed appropriately. Championed Six Sigma projects with run rate savings of $1mm in 2009 and 2010. Introduced Static Carrier program that grew to manage 30% of all TL shipments, resulting in 5% savings in transportation spend in 2012 over 2013. Union negotiations. Ultimately ensuring that we operated to the terms of the negotiated CBA. Create KPI reports to track productivity of the operation.
