Senior Recruitment Delivery Analyst
Current- Work collaboratively with the Recruitment Partner to support full-cycle recruitment, ensuring audit compliance, information accuracy, and accountability.
- Develop and maintain effective tracking systems using Workday, Excel, and other internal platforms to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
- Oversee internal mobility within the Front Office division by sourcing internal candidates through Connect2Jobs, Workday, and proprietary reports, reviewing internal applications, pre-screening candidates, recommending.
- Organize and conduct intake calls with candidates, Recruitment Partners, Direct Recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage requests and manage candidate workflows in Workday to comply with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Create, revise, and publish job descriptions for Front Office roles.
