Responsibilities:- Assisting in the execution of Spirit Halloween’s 2023 storewide ESG/Cardboard Recycling Initiative.- Working with landlords in both the U.S. and Canada to integrate the recycling initiative in over a thousand Spirit Halloween locations.- Communicating internally and externally via email and phone calls to increase the efficiency and success of said initiative.- Creating and sending images of desired recycling fixture drop locations to Waste Management and Operations teams.- Training other employees/associates on the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of bringing the initiative to life.- Inputting data into a master Excel spreadsheet through the use of functions.- Assisting in running audits of data within the spreadsheet (i.e. image audits, recycling fixture audits) through the use of PivotTables.- Helping to develop presentations by creating maps of stores within specific territories using Google Maps and Tango Analytics.- Updating and backing up store data from Tango Analytics into a company shared drive.- Updating information within Tango Analytics.- Participating in meetings related to the ESG initiative and data.- Attending a multitude of intern workshops/service outings.- Ensuring my work and the work of others working with me was of the highest achievable quality and clarity.- Working closely with management to identify and achieve all outlined goals.

-Managing inventory for more than 70 types of beverages by monitoring stock levels and communicating to management when necessary to re-order to maintain adequate inventory.-Working as a part of the outward-facing team to make sure orders are taken & fulfilled by communicating effectively with co-workers to ensure efficient customer service and satisfaction.-Assisting in training new staff members, including use of the POS system.-Meeting & exceeding sales goals, resulting in increased revenue.
